The following conditions are to be fulfilled in order to confirm your registration

• The membership of the association is 15 euros.
• Each member is committed to receiving the Welsh family which will have welcomed them in Cardiff.
• The members must not live more than 20 kms away from Cardiff.
• The application form, duly completed, must be sent on time to the chairman of the association.
• Couples: it is important that each person in the couple be interested in the French culture and join our association.

Exchange terms 

THE WELSH IN NANTES : they stay with the families. A cultural and touristic programme is organised. It takes place each day between 9 am and 6 pm or so.

THE NANTAIS IN CARDIFF : likewise. We are travelling to Wales by bus and ferry boat.

The price of the trip will be between 360 and 400 euros. It includes :

• The journey Cardiff/Nantes and back by bus and ferry boat.
• The accomodation in Nantes.

What is at your expense :

• The food and the berth (if you take one) during the trip.
• The visits’ fees in Nantes.

The number of participants is limited to 25. WE WILL RECEIVE THE REGISTRATIONS WITHIN THE REALMS OF THESE LIMITS.

Optional : the return journey will be made by night ; you have the possibility to book a berth at the unit price of 27, 36 or 40 by person (depending on whether you choose a cabin for 4, 3 or 2 people).

YOU MUST OWN A VALID ID OR PASSPORT. COMPLETE YOUR FILE AND SEND IT, by mail, on the latest on the 31th of January to :

The file includes : the registration form (available in the membership page), to be completed, a picture, a deposit check of 100 euros by person to the account of ELANC. The balance outstanding will be paid 30 days before leaving (maximum 10/03/14), plus the optional berth. A non-payment will be considered as a withdrawal.

In the event of a cancelation, for some reason beyond our control, you will be fully reimbursed of the money given in advance.

Some rules can be applied in case of withdrawal of your hand

if it occurs within :

• More than 30 days before leaving, only the deposit will be kept.
• Between the 31th and the 9th day before leaving, 50% of the whole amount will be kept.
• From the 9th day to the 4th day before leaving, 75% of the whole amount will be kept.
• Less than 4th day before leaving, the full amount will be kept.
